This is from two or three weeks ago. (Another borrowed item from the Judds.)

More Pictures

Here are just a few more shots of Luke's 15th and 16th weeks. He's getting to be so much fun. Sometimes (well, most of the time, really) he's a little too independent for his own good. Or, at least for my good. He's just not very cuddly because he's too interested in looking at the world around him. But, it's fun to watch him accomplish new things every day. I'm so glad that I get to be with him.

Luke chillin' out on the blanket that Aunt Jodi got for him.

Our happy boy showing off his dimples. Right before...

Gotta love those action shots! I laughed so hard when I took this picture (totally by accident, but still). Kinda gross, too.

Luke and his cousin, sleeping it off while the parents played a game of Settler's of Catan. They did this two nights in a row and it was SO cute.

This is one of my favourites. This is Luke and Andrew this past Sunday. Luke is wearing a shirt that belonged to his Daddy. It actually says "I love Daddy." It was one of several items of clothing that Gramma gave us for Christmas last year. I was too excited to get Luke into it. I can't wait until he fits into the "I love Mommy" one!

I love this boy! He is SO sweet... most of the time. :) He's looking forward to meeting his Canadian relatives in just about a week. Then he can show his shirt off in person.

Photo Shoot

Our little Mountaineer. Okay, so the hat's still way too big, we just wanted to see what he thought! Go Wah ginia

My two boys showing off their hats.

I just LOVE this picture. Again, the hat is WAY to big, but he looks so cute!

Daddy and Luke. I simply couldn't get both my boys to look at the camera at the same time!

This was one sleepy baby!

Hands taste yummy! Let's eat both!

Our happy boy.

This is his pensive look. (Darn, he was going for "thoughtful.")

This face reminds me of the munchkins in The Wizard of Oz. (Aunt Deborah bought him this onesie. Too cute. Although, she says she sent E.Lee to go buy something for Luke... Good job E.Lee!)

That's all for now!

Luke and Daddy.

Here are just a few recent shots of Andrew and Luke. Luke loves his Daddy (I'm pretty sure the feeling is quite mutual).

Andrew was watching Luke so that I could get a little more sleep one morning and I came out to find them watching Sports Center together. Made me laugh.

This is Luke talking to the gym/daddy/mommy.

Luke and Daddy laughing together.

Holding hands!

My silly boys.

Luke talking to the gym.

So our cousins Mark and JenaRae let us borrow their little activity gym... I've been letting Luke "play" with it lately and he loves it! He's taken to talking to it and I think it's pretty cute. Here's a short video clip. You'll have to excuse the music as it gets pretty loud there at the end.

Sleep Dreams

So yesterday I knew Luke was getting sleepy but I really had to go to the bathroom. I propped him up on my pillow a little bit and left him on our bed. This is what I found when I came back not two minutes later...

He was one sleepy boy! He didn't stir when I moved him to his crib. He's definitely going through a growth spurt where one day he just wants to eat and the next he just wants to sleep. (By the way, today is an "eat" day... he was up every hour or two all night long and then wanted to get up for the day at 5:04. I went ahead and got up with him so Andrew could sleep a little more, thinking he would probably go back to sleep an hour or so later, as is his usual pattern, and then I could get some more sleep. Yeah, nothing doing. he's taken two 15-20 minute naps since then. Seriously! Anyone want to babysit?)

Giggles for Grandmas (and anyone else who's looking for a good time)

So, we just unloaded the camera, and this little gem was located:

seriously... does it get any better than that? I think not.

Dad.
