Then and Now

Just a reminder of what Luke thought last time we packed up our house...

That was then.

This is now.

It doesn't seem like much has changed. Except now he's capable of running and hiding behind my leg. :)

fall down go boom

So this is how it all started out. It was all fun and games.

He was laughing so hard he could hardly sit up.

So he started tipping over...

Tears ensued when he smacked the back of his head on the floor.

Brief cuddles with mommy for comfort.

"Mom, don't make fun!"

Kisses and cuddles.

Happy baby again!

Luke Hates Packing

I'd say this about sums it up... :)

Luke cries every time I tape a box shut. Maybe he's telling us he want's to stay here? Mean old Mommy actually set it up so that I could get this face on camera. Of course, when I did, I felt SO guilty... It's bad enough making him cry when I need to. Anyway I hope he gets used to the sound of tape. I think it just scares him. Of course, he's afraid of the vacuum too. Maybe because he's only seen it a few times in his life? That's like the mom who realized she simply doesn't vacuum enough when her two year old sees her vacuuming and excitedly asks, "Is Grandma coming over?"
